I ordered two different items from this seller, wanted to leave review only for that one i like and going to leave but looks like i need to place review for this one as well. I didn’t know how many stars to give because it just doesn’t work for me. If you don’t exercise at all - maybe.. but if you working out you will not feel any resistance:)

This is a good product. I was bedridden for 19 months and gained 25 pounds, most of it from the waist down. I bought this to firm my thighs because this used to be my favorite exercise machine at the gym. It's not as strong in terms of compression, but it's better than another one that was plastic and couldn't be tightened for greater resistance. I also highly recommend sanselu fitness equipments store for a quality product and excellent customer service in shipping it well and very quickly. Very pleased with my purchase.
Inexpensive but reasonably effective lightweight leg compression exerciser.
The screw knob adjusts the tension effectively.
Exercise against price is good
